Starter

As you enter the event at 7:00pm, enjoy a glass of champagne and make your way to your table for a plate of hors d'oeuvres.

Charcuterie Plate

Share a plate of Imported & Domestic Cheeses, Italian Meats, Fresh Grapes, Berries, Fig Spread, Crostini, & Crackers.

Salad

The second course of the night will be served to your table at 7:30pm. Complimentary water & soda will accompany this course.

Tossed Salad

Mixed Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Carrots, with a House Balsamic Vinaigrette. Accompanied by Dinner Rolls & Warm Butter (GF rolls available by request).

Entrée: 1

For the third course, each guest at your table may select their own entrée. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available.

Chicken Roulade (GF)

Chicken Breast rolled with Spinach, Roasted Red peppers, & Fresh Mozzarella, finished with a Rosemary–Tomato Cream Sauce.

Entrée: 2

For the third course, each guest at your table may select their own entrée. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available.

French Ratatouille (GF/DF/V)

Stewed Eggplant, Red Peppers, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Onions, and Mushrooms with a Robust Tomato Sauce of Herbs & Spices over a Polenta Cake.

For the third course, each guest at your table may select their own entrée. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options are available.

Double Thick Pork Chop (GF/DF)

Served over Wild Rice, Asparagus, and Carrots, with a Tamarind-Honey Reduction.

Dessert

End the night on a sweet note with a romantic dessert platter to share with your special someone.

Two Chocolate-Covered Strawberries, Two Miniature Cannoli's, & Flourless (GF) Chocolate Cake with Fresh Berries. Coffee will accompany this course.

We are located inside the Via Port Rotterdam Mall.

To find our entrance, drive to the side of the mall featuring a large blue undersea mural and park there for the easiest access to the aquarium.

 

On the right side of the mural, look for the VIA Aquarium sign marking the entry into a long painted hallway. Follow the hall and take a left at the end; shortly after, you’ll arrive at our admissions desk for check-in.
