Starter

As you enter the event at 7:00pm, you can select a plateful of delicious hors d'oeuvres and begin to explore the aquarium.

Antipasto Table

Chef's Extravagant Display of Cheeses, Italian Meats, Fresh Seasonal Fruits, Vegetable Crudité with Ranch Herb Dip, Assorted Vegetables, Mozzarella Salad, Homemade Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Warm Artisan Breads, & Crackers.

Salad

The first course of the night will be served to your table at 7:30pm. Complimentary water & soda will accompany this course.

Tossed Salad

Mixed Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Carrots, with a House Balsamic Vinaigrette. Accompanied by Dinner Rolls & Warm Butter (GF rolls available by request).

Entree

Each table can select two entrees (one per person) for the second course of the night, GF/DF/V options are included.

1- Double Thick Pork Chop with a Tamarind & Honey Reduction, served over Wild Rice, Asparagus, & Carrots (GF/DF)... 2- Chicken Marsala with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Portobello Mushrooms, and Marsala Wine Sauce, over Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, and Baby Carrots... 3- French Ratatouille - Stewed Eggplant, Red Peppers, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Onions, and Mushrooms with a Robust Tomato Sauce of Herbs and Spices Served over a Polenta Cake (GF/DF/V)...

Dessert

For your last meal of the evening, the chef has prepared a romantic dessert platter for you to share with each other.

Two Chocolate-Covered Strawberries, Two Miniature Cannoli's, & Flourless (GF) Chocolate Cake with Fresh Berries. Coffee will accompany this course.
