Directions

We are located within the Via Port Rotterdam mall (formally Rotterdam Square Mall), with plenty of available parking for buses and cars. The side entrance to the aquarium from the parking lot is available for loading and unloading of buses.

To find our entrance look for our undersea mural on the outside of the mall. Toward the right side there is a VIA Aquarium sign with entry that goes into a long painted hallway. Head down this hall and take a left at the end, you’ll see our admissions desk where you will be checked in.

To expedite the check-in process, please know the headcount of all of your students, teachers, and chaperones. Any payments due need to be made in one lump sum. Once admitted into the aquarium, your group will begin self-touring. If your group booked an add-on, an educator will help guide you to the education theater where our programs are hosted. Please hold on to the tickets and/or receipts provided to you.
