Take a journey around each of the exhibits of Via Aquarium to learn more about the incredible underwater world. Our educators will teach you about:

Behind-the-Scenes Tour
$8+tax
Head behind the closed doors of Via Aquarium to learn about the inner workings of our exhibits and animal care! On this tour you will learn about:
- The three types of filtration (mechanical/biological/chemical)
- Differences of filtration between small & large tanks
- Basic tank care (water changes, scrubbing, diving, etc.)
- Biosecurity
- Food preparation and animal feeding
- Quarantine and propagation
- Laboratory testing
- and much more!
Behind-the-Scenes Tours are 45 minutes and scheduled by request, please fill out at an inquiry form below to book one today! Please note these tours are recommended for ages 10+ and require waivers.
