Guest Services Associate

Touch Tank Attendant (weekend position) - actively hiring
As a vital member of our team in the role of Touch Tank Attendant, you will be instrumental in guests’ overall experiences by actively engaging them interactions with captivating marine life throughout our touch tanks. Your primary duties will encompass not only educating visitors about the diverse array of species but also prioritizing the welfare of the animals and upholding a pristine and safe environment. Birthday Party Host - actively hiring
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Birthday Party Host. In this position you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable birthday celebrations for our guests. You will be responsible for the decoration, prep, and clean up of the party room, leading the birthday party activities, engaging guests of all ages, and ensuring a fun experience for everyone involved.
This position reports to the Guest Services Supervisors and Guest Services Manager, while working closely with the Events Coordinator.
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working around children is preferred, but not required.
This is a part-time, non exempt position, requiring weekend availability. Depending on the party bookings you may be scheduled for either a full day or a half day, beginning as early as 10:00am and as late as 6:00pm.
